Triskaidekafiles

Triskaidekafiles is a love letter to cheesy cinema from the 80s and 90s, with the occasional dip into other eras.  if you're a fan of MST3K, Elvira, Joe Bob Briggs, or just bad horror movies in general, Trisk is the place for you.

Horror Sites

  • Full Moon Streaming - Wanna see a bunch of movies I've reviewed?  Wanna help keep Trisk running?  Then just use this link, sign up for an account, and enjoy the Netflix of cheesy and fun horror movies!
  • Charles Band.com - The brains behind Full Moon.  His personal site is maybe a bit underused, but I leave the link for reasons.
  • AndreToulon.com - A website devoted to making some classy Puppet Master replica puppets.
  • Troma Entertainment - The masters of low budget, independent sex and gore.

Reviews and Podcasts

  • Guilty Pleasures Cinema - Trisk's sister site.  Scott's a close friend of mine, and he does video reviews of those movies you might not want to admit watching.  Oh, and also, I sometimes make puppetry appearances.
  • The Morbidly Made - A really great horror related podcast, with long discussions of the latest news, frequent reviews, interviews, and the occasional diversion into Leave it to Beaver.
  • The Spoony Experiment - Noah Antwiler's mostly video reviews of movies, games, and pop culture. A big modern influence on me and this site.
  • The Cinema Snob - The closet video reviewer in spirit to this site. I love his reviews.  Brad does horror, exploitation, even the occasional adult film.  If it's cheap and sleezy, it's probably here.

Links of Note

  • Ignipotent - The closest thing to my main site, my Tumblr page where I post and reblog......pretty much everything.  Looking for something weird?  I got ya covered.
  • Trisk on Tumblr - Does what it says on the tin.  The Tumblr site where I post links to reviews here.
  • Collector Times Online - When I'm not reviewing movies, I can be found reviewing comics over here.  Besides that, the site is about comics, movies, and other genre interests.
  • Rifftrax - The home of some of the gang from MST3K, still riffing on movies and shorts. They're a huge reason I'm doing this.
  • Cinematic Titanic - Even more MST3K refugees.
